The purpose of the game is to encourage players Racer Pyongyang to North Korean Capital around while collecting fuel that used car can still run. Not much to see from this game other than cities are popular destinations. This game has the whole game look like in the days of 32-bit consoles. Not strange indeed, since Koryo also said that the game was not meant to be a game that can compete with other advanced game in the 21st century.
